There has been some recent updates to the system and there were emails sent out about certification expirations. If you have received one of these emails for your EMSVO certificaiton you can log in and choose the Reregistration option form the “Manage My Registration” drop down menu. This is located at the bottom of the “General Information” tab.
The system shoudl then allow you to reregister your EMSVO please just follow the prompts and complete the necessary inforamtion.
If the email is in reference to your provider certification please check your con ed hours to ensure that you have the correct amount of hours, update your CPR card information under the EMS application tab, and then you can select the reregistration option as mentioned above and follow the promots. There are videos and job aids to assist you with these processes. The aids can be found under the help section on the top menu.
