2/20/2018 Reminder Cards and emails have been sent out to EMS providers and the EMSVO drivers that are due for re-registration before 4/1/2018. Persons that received the reminder cards should log in to the PA EMS Registry system and reregister their certification. There are job aids and videos under the help area of the top menu bar.
Please also update your contact information, including your email address. All providers should have their own addresses, phone numbers and email addresses listed in their profile. Please do not use a general station email or phone number for your contact inforamtion. .

There has been some recent updates to the system and there were emails sent out about certification expirations. If you have received one of these emails for your EMSVO certificaiton you can log in and choose the Reregistration option form the "Manage My Registration" drop down menu. This is located at the bottom of the "General Information" tab.
The system shoudl then allow you to reregister your EMSVO please just follow the prompts and complete the necessary inforamtion.
If the email is in reference to your provider certification please check your con ed hours to ensure that you have the correct amount of hours, update your CPR card information under the EMS application tab, and then you can select the reregistration option as mentioned above and follow the promots. There are videos and job aids to assist you with these processes. The aids can be found under the help section on the top menu.

2017 Statewide EMS Protocols for BLS, AEMT, & ALS have been released. Effective Sept. 1, 2017. All EMS Providers must take a protocol update to have their certification re-recognized. Update is available on TRAIN-PA. Copy of Protocols.
PA BEMS has released the following information bulletin for education of Critical care transport for Paramedics and PHRNs.
PA TRAIN users that login to the TRAIN National site will need to select "Classic TRAIN" to have access to PA TRAIN OR click on https://pa.train.org/DesktopShell.aspx to the PA TRAIN site.
Please make sure you are checking the dates on your status reports. If you read through it, you will see the dates that con ed counts towards your current cert period. It will look like the image below:
