2/23/2018 Just some general information for the use of the PA EMS registry system:

All providers are to log in with their new user name, the letters pa and your certification number (pa123456) the old user id’s have been deactivated, unless they are attached to a service license application. Most of the issues with duplicate entries to the continuing education reports has been resolved, however If you still have an issue, please contact EMMCO West and we can assist you with the corrective process.

Continuing Education Sponsors are to use the new EMS registry system to apply for approval and manage their classes. This includes adding the students and instructor rosters within ten days from the end of class. The previous system, Con Ed link no longer has access to the PA Bureau of EMS and any information will not apply to the providers records. Any student / instructor rosters imputed to the old system after 1/26/2018 will have to be reentered in to the current system. instructions can be found under the help section of the main menu bar or by calling our education specialist.

EMSVO applications have changed and are to be entered electronically by the individual candidate. Any existing provider can log in to the system and apply for their “add on” EMSVO endorsement. Any new EMSVO or EMSVO QRS applications can be made by selecting the “New Provider Application” option of the left menu on the login page.

Provide all the required information and there are upload fields for copies of your Driver’s license and EVOC/EVDT certificates there are also specific questions that need to be answered. Also with the launch of the new EMS Registry EMSVO practitioners that are not EMS providers will be assigned a number

CPR Cards can now be managed by the individual providers under the EMS Application tab, enter all the information from your card and you may also upload a photo, scan or ecard to the information. the card copy is not required but is highly recommended.

Thank you
